এ ওয়েবসাইটে আপনার মন্তব্য ও অন্য যেকোন কার্যক্রমের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের রয়েছে নিজস্ব নীতিমালা।

এই ওয়েবসাইটের সকল উপাদানের (উদাহরণ- আর্টিকেল, ছবি প্রভৃতি) কপিরাইট InfoCrunch সংরক্ষণ করে । তাই এ ওয়েবসাইটে পাওয়া কোন উপাদান পুনর্ব্যবহার করতে চাইলে আমাদের অনুমতি নেওয়ার অনুরোধ জানানো হচ্ছে।

তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছ থেকে নেয়া উপাদানের কপিরাইটের উপর InfoCrunch'র কোন নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেই। সংশ্লিষ্ট তৃতীয় পক্ষের নিজস্ব নীতি অনুসরণ করে আমরা এ ধরনের উপাদান ব্যবহার করি ও প্রয়োজন হলে সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে উপাদানের মূল উৎস উল্লেখ করে দিই। তাই এমন কোন উপাদান পুনর্ব্যবহার করতে চাইলে মূল কপিরাইটধারী ব্যক্তি/প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে অনুরোধ জানানো হচ্ছে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের কোন ব্যবহারকারী তৃতীয় পক্ষের কোন উপাদান অবৈধভাবে ব্যবহার করে কপিরাইট সংক্রান্ত জটিলতার সম্মুখীন হলে তার সম্পূর্ণ দায় ঐ ব্যবহারকারীকে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে বহন করতে হবে।

কোন ধর্ম, জাতি ও গোষ্ঠীর প্রতি আক্রমণাত্মক/অবমাননাকর মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। এ ধরনের মন্তব্যের কারণে কোন অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতি বা আইনগত জটিলতা সৃষ্টি হলে তার সম্পূর্ণ দায় মন্তব্যদাতাকে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে বহন করতে হবে।

InfoCrunch কঠোরভাবে কপিরাইট সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করে। তাই কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন করে এমন কোন উপাদান (মন্তব্য ও লিংক) ওয়েবসাইটে পোস্ট করা যাবে না।

মত প্রকাশের স্বাধীনতার প্রতি InfoCrunch শ্রদ্ধাশীল হলেও ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত কোন পোস্টে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী রাজনৈতিক, ধর্মীয় ও অন্যান্য দার্শনিক বিতর্ক নিরুৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।
